Job summary

ESS is seeking substitute teachers in the Hatboro-Horsham School District, Horsham, PA. This role offers weekly pay and flexible schedules.

As a substitute teacher you assist with classroom instruction in the absence of a regular teacher, follow lesson plans, support student understanding, and maintain routine.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree and PA teaching certification or Education major meeting Act 86; clearances and trainings as listed in qualifications. $130 per day, on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful instruction to students in assigned classrooms while regular teacher is absent
• Review and implement regular teacher's routines, procedures, lesson plans, and curriculum objectives
• Establish and maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment
• Report any student injuries, illness, and serious discipline problems to school administration
• Perform other duties as directed by school administration
