ESS is seeking substitute teachers for Schuylkill Haven, PA, in the Blue Mountain School District. You will support daily classroom instruction in the absence of the regular teacher and follow lesson plans to help students stay on track.

Qualified applicants hold a Bachelor's Degree and PA teacher certification or Education major meeting Act 86 requirements, plus required clearances. The role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to gain diverse, hands-on experience in K-12 settings across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, PA Teacher Certification or Act 86 qualified education major.
• Clearances: Act 24, Act 34, Act 114 required.
• Mandated Reporter Training and Child Abuse Clearance required.
• TB test and possible local medical clearance may be required.
• Ability to follow lesson plans and support classroom routines.

Responsabilités

• Provide meaningful instruction to students in assigned classrooms while regular teacher is absent
• Review and implement regular teacher's routines, procedures, lesson plans, and curriculum objectives
• Establish and maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment
• Report any student injuries, illness, and serious discipline problems to school administration
• Perform other duties as directed by school administration
