Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Kelly Education follows IN state education clearances dated within 1 year

Responsibilities

• Assume duties of the classroom teacher in accordance with school district lesson plans and Kelly policies
• Lead instruction in the classroom by delivering the teacher's lesson plan
• Instruct students on classroom topics/courses
• Build positive relationships with students
• Assign reasonable tasks and homework
• Encourage classroom participation and empower students to learn
• Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to students' abilities
• Adapt to various learning styles of students
• For long-term assignments, develop lesson plans and administer/grade tests and assignments
