Formación

• Minimum of High School Diploma or an Associate's Degree.

• Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Follow teacher lesson plans and guide students through daily instruction.
• Maintain a structured, respectful, and productive classroom environment.
• Manage student behavior and keep students engaged throughout the school day.
• Supervise students during transitions, lunch, and recess as needed.
• Communicate effectively with school administrators and staff regarding student behavior or concerns.
• For long-term Substitute Teacher assignments, additional responsibilities may include lesson planning and providing enhanced classroom support.
