Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or at least 60 college credits; teaching certification is preferred but not required. You will follow lesson plans, maintain a positive classroom environment, and adapt to varying schedules

• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow lesson plans, classroom routines, and instructions provided by the regular classroom teacher.
• Provide meaningful learning activities that support the teacher's instructional objectives.
• Create a positive, respectful, and productive classroom environment.
• Use sound judgment and flexibility when lesson plans or instructions are unavailable.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all students.
• Take accurate attendance and follow district procedures.
• Leave appropriate notes for the regular classroom teacher regarding classroom activities, student progress, and any significant concerns.
• Adapt to different grade levels, subject areas, classrooms, and school buildings.
