Qualifications

• Must have a clean criminal record verified through FBI and BCI checks.
• Hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Provide three professional references.
• Obtain an Ohio Department of Education Substitute Teacher License or possess a Teaching License.
• Complete SubSkills Online training and mandatory professional development.
• Communicate accurately and effectively in writing and orally.
• Maintain acceptable attendance records and be punctual.
• Adhere to the Licensure Code of Professional Conduct.
