Typically working 7:30 am–3:30 pm, substitutes choose assignments and locations, with a straightforward hiring process and a W-2 payroll. Candidates with an associate degree or 60+ credits, and 1+ year of student-facing experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 60+ credit hours.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but candidates will be considered based on relevant experience.
• 1+ year(s) experience working with students.
• Willingness to work at least 3 days/week.
• Preference given to candidates available to work Mondays and/or Fridays.
• Confidence to manage a classroom of students.
• Ability to pass state & federal background check.
• Strong belief that every child has a unique & powerful gift to share with the world.
