Job summary

Guidepost Montessori is seeking an on-call Substitute Teacher to support our mixed-age classrooms (ages 0–6) in Blue Ash, OH. This role offers flexible hours and is ideal for those seeking part-time, supplemental work while contributing to a nurturing, Montessori-aligned learning environment.

No formal Montessori training is required; orientation and onboarding include training. You may transition to a full-time Assistant Teacher role over time, depending on school needs and performance.

Qualifications

• Negative TB test within the last 12 months.
• Valid state background check.
• Warm, friendly, and dependable demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for working with young children.
• ECE units preferred.

Responsibilities
