Job summary

North Shore YMCA in Beverly, MA is seeking a Substitute Teacher to support our licensed childcare programs across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a licensed childcare program.
• Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Ability to adapt quickly and step into different classrooms and age groups.

Responsibilities

• Support licensed childcare programs and substitute in Early Learning Centers.
• Travel to Beverly, Gloucester, Salem, Marblehead and Ipswich as needed to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to maintain a positive experience for every child.
