Job summary

O2B Kids, part of O2B Early Education, seeks Substitute Teachers to fill flexible shifts in classrooms serving infants to pre-K students. You will follow lesson plans, support learning activities, and ensure safety and licensing requirements are met.

This role offers a chance to gain experience across age groups with on-the-job training available. Ideal candidates have open availability, with morning or afternoon blocks, and are willing to train; full-time roles may also emerge.

Qualifications

• Candidate should be able to pick up shifts as needed.
• Interest in early childhood education and working with children.
• Willingness to train and support education through scholarships.

Responsibilities

• Support classrooms with infants to 5-year-olds.
• Follow lesson plans and safety requirements.
• Maintain licensing and safety standards.
