EXOS is seeking a Substitute Performance Coach to join our corporate fitness team in Houston. You will lead group exercise classes, assess clients, and tailor workout plans to individual needs while supporting health-promotion programs.

The role offers flexibility with shifts and opportunities to motivate a diverse client base, including high-risk populations, in a professional fitness setting.

Qualifikationen

• Current certification from NASM, ACSM, NSCA or ACE.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• Proven experience in leading and teaching group exercise classes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, client-focused approach.

Aufgaben

• Monitor exercise participants to ensure safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead and instruct diverse group exercise classes for various fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments and prescribe personalized exercise plans.
• Design workouts for a wide range of clients, including high-risk populations.
• Offer one-on-one consultations and motivational coaching.
• Assist with implementing incentive programs, health promotion, and specialty initiatives.
• Support facility operations and day-to-day tasks.
• Be available to pick up shifts as needed.
