Qualifications

• Current certification from NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• Experience leading and teaching group exercise classes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor participants to ensure safety and adherence to plans.
• Lead and instruct group exercise classes for various fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments and design personalized plans.
• Provide one-on-one consultations and motivation for clients.
• Support in implementing incentive programs and health promotions.
