Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ohio certification/licensure required.
• Experience in educational setting desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow directions and maintain confidentiality.
• Valid Ohio Driver's License.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with lesson plans, materials, and classroom logistics.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
• Maintain a positive, orderly classroom environment and enforce rules.
• Perform administrative duties: record-keeping, grading, photocopying, filing.
• Support students with special needs per IEPs in collaboration with staff.
• Utilize educational technology tools and troubleshoot tech issues.
• Communicate progress and concerns with teachers and families.
