Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a flexible, independent Research Associate to earn money by completing pickup and collection assignments at grocery stores and other locations. You control when you work and how much you earn, with training provided to maximize efficiency.

As a part-time team member you will receive a guaranteed minimum in certain areas, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for learning and development while delivering projects for our clients.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with pricing app and ability to collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Drive to stores and complete assignments as directed by the company.
• Collect items and ensure tasks meet project criteria.
• Work flexible hours and manage multiple assignments as needed.
