RDSolutions is seeking to fill a flexible delivery/driver associate role where you set your own schedule and maximize earnings. Training is provided to reach expected efficiency in each store, with the ability to control hourly earnings through productivity.

You can work independently with a guaranteed minimum in eligible areas, and benefits include paid drive time, mileage reimbursement, and a 401k with match. This is ideal for those who value autonomy and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerators/freezers.

Responsibilities

• Accept and complete assigned collection tasks.
• Follow client windows to collect items efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of hours and mileage for reimbursements.
• Attend training sessions to ensure understanding of expectations and processes.
• Prepare for each shift with reliability and attention to project criteria.
