JOB DETAILS

Type: Permanent, Part Time 20-34 hours (HL2)

Benefits are available based on hour level

Location: San Marcos: 917 TX-80, San Marcos, TX 78666

Pay Grade 4 - $17.77 -$25.31

Note: This is a Sensitive Position. The successful candidate will be required to complete a background check and a drug test.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Approach customers to identify needs and advise on solutions for their homes.
  • Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, pricing, and stock levels; uphold IKEA merchandising standards.
  • Learn about and share product features and benefits to enhance customer experience.
  • Build furniture as needed for various initiatives.
  • Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Flow products to final selling locations.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently.
  • Provide a smooth full-service handout, returns, and exchanges process.
