Job summary

Qualifications

• Certification in PA Special Education at PK-12 level required or PK-8 level alternative
• Experience writing IEPs and facilitating IEP meetings
• Ability to collaborate with paraprofessionals and related service therapists
• Knowledge of behavioral interventions and social-emotional learning strategies

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in multi-grade levels per IEP goals and designed instruction.
• Provide small group replacement instruction in social skills, ELA, and math.
• Collaborate with staff to support positive behavior plans and student progress.
• Supervision and instruction of a full-time paraeducator in the classroom.
