No formal teaching experience is required; Renhill Group offers online training to prepare you for the classroom. Requirements include high school diploma and background checks, with license assistance if needed.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• BCI & FBI background checks dated within the past 12 months and on file with the Ohio Department of Education.
• If needed Renhill Group will assist in obtaining substitute license; cost $25 to have license issued by ODE.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a classroom environment that is safe and conducive to learning.
• Follow provided lesson plans and adapt to student skill levels.
• Manage a rapidly changing classroom population with varying skills and progress.
• Collaborate with district staff to support student learning and progress.
