Job summary

Protouch Staffing is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CFY) in Denver, CO for a flexible, full- or part-time outpatient role. The position targets pediatric and adult patients with evidence-based care and opportunities for professional growth.

We welcome experienced SLPs and CFYs, offering a supportive clinical team, collaborative environment, and insights into best practices. Licensure in Colorado (or eligibility) and CCC-SLP/CFY are required, with CPR/BLS certification

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure.
• ASHA CCC-SLP or current CFY.
• Experience treating pediatric and adult patients preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Professional references required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals based on patient needs.
• Provide evidence-based speech therapy services to pediatric and adult patients.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Complete evaluation reports, daily treatment notes, plans of care, progress reports, and discharge summaries accurately and in a timely manner.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, educators, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Independently manage daily schedule while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.
• Stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatment approaches.
