Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Store Associate to be at the heart of the guest experience in our convenient stores across the United States. You will help keep the store clean, stocked, and running smoothly while delivering friendly service at the register or self-checkout.

We offer flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth and hands-on training in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• 1–2 years work experience preferred in retail or customer service.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in a store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt service at register or self-checkout.
• Keep store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Assist with inventory and restocking as needed.
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve a manager when necessary.
• Assist in maintaining food safety and quality standards.
• Greet guests and suggest items to enhance guest purchases.
