Qualifications

• Experience providing personal care and companionship.
• Ability to safely perform ADLs and mobility assistance.
• Comfort with documenting care activities.
• Strong communication with clients and care team.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs).
• Actively engage with clients with companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Maintain safety and client enjoyment as priorities during shifts.
• Provide transportation to and from appointments when needed.
• Detailed documentation of task completion.
• Report changes in client condition to Care Manager/Staffing Coordinator.
• Alerts to major changes or incidents during shift.
