Job summary

Dave & Buster's Memphis is hiring to deliver an unparalleled guest experience with fast, friendly service. You will take orders, operate Micros, and help maintain a warm, fun atmosphere while ensuring accuracy and sanitation standards.

Experience in a restaurant/bar is a plus, but not required. You will work in a lively environment that rewards teamwork and guest-focused service, with opportunities to learn and grow within a popular entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or bar is preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Must be friendly and able to smile frequently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment.
• Greet Guests promptly and take accurate orders, entering them into Micros.
• Follow bar recipes to ensure consistency and manage costs.
• Maintain station cleanliness and assist in opening/closing duties.
• Provide attentive service while upselling and promoting the D&B experience.
• Adhere to sanitation procedures and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the visit.
• Work in a fast-paced setting, communicating clearly with team members and Managers.
• Assist team with setup, replenishment, and timely table turnover.
