Job summary

Prosegur Security USA, Inc in Lewisville, TX is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer to maintain a safe environment for customers and staff while delivering professional customer service.

Candidates must hold a valid Texas Non-Commissioned Level II Security License, be 18+, and possess strong English communication. The role requires open availability and on-call FLEX shifts including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must have a Valid/Current State of Texas Non-Commissioned Level II Security License
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Capable of following complex instructions
• Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures
• Must have open availability

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing unarmed security duties
• Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report hazards
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner
• Perform routine foot patrols and moderate lifting
• Be customer service oriented with basic to intermediate computer and communication skills
• Able to work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer
