Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, ensuring product availability, cleanliness, and adherence to procedures. You will help with inventory, resets, and displays, while delivering guest service and meeting performance metrics.

The role requires flexibility for early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays, with a focus on teamwork and independent work as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS and Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment, replenishment, merchandising, and inventory.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training for brand and category education to drive sales performance.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty’s policies and standards.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and inventory procedures.
