Qualifications

• Must be of legal age to sell alcohol and tobacco products.
• Must successfully complete pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must speak/read/write English proficiently to communicate with customers and team members.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements and bend/kneel/reach as needed.
• Experience working in varying and extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product questions or services offered by GATE.
• Provide positive customer interactions and resolve inquiries or complaints.
• Ensure a friendly and efficient checkout experience and handle payments per policy.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized store environment and stock shelves.
• Participate in training, safety courses, and attendance at required meetings.
• Adhere to store policies regarding safety, robberies, and handling of petroleum products.
