Allied Universal is hiring a Security Flex Officer for part-time site coverage across multiple locations. The role involves patrolling on foot or by vehicle, monitoring for security concerns, and responding to emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company vehicle.
• Must be 18+ (21+ if armed) and able to work outside in the elements.
• Reliable and adaptable to different post assignments.
• Ability to operate radios and monitoring equipment.
• Clear, professional communication with the public.
• Multilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor for unusual conditions and safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or summon authorities as needed.
• Warn violators and control entry to property.
• Maintain logs and prepare incident reports.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously.
• Make emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
