Job summary

Team Select Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, one-on-one home nursing for medically complex children and adults. You will work with families in their homes and coordinate care with physicians and therapists.

We welcome new grads and experienced RNs alike, offering flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and ongoing support from a clinical supervisor. This is a patient-centered role with a focus on safety and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and CPR certification.
• Clinical experience preferred, but new grads are welcome.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Love for patient-centered care, especially in home environment.
• Confidence, compassion and a calm presence during routine and critical moments.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home nursing care for medically complex children and adults.
• Coordinate care plans with physicians, therapists and team members.
• Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed.
• Educate and support families with in-home care techniques.
• Document visits and care notes in EMR.
