Job summary

GPM Investments is hiring for a Cashier/Sales Associate at Store 17382 in Wesley Chapel, NC. This role requires greeting customers, operating the register, and handling lottery, tobacco, and alcohol sales with proper age verification. You will keep the store clean, stock shelves, and assist in other departments as needed.

We offer a welcoming, fast-paced environment, weekly pay and opportunities for advancement. Must be able to work 2nd shift (1pm–10pm) and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and handling light lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate register with accuracy and speed.
• Become proficient in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with proper age verification.
• Upsell customers to increase sales.
• Keep store clean and safe inside and outside, including restrooms and pump area.
• Stock shelves and displays and maintain merchandise appearance.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed (e.g., deli).
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies and be a team player.
