Enmarket is seeking a friendly Retail Operations Team Member for our Bamberg, SC location. The role emphasizes customer service, safe store operations, and teamwork to ensure smooth shifts and a welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, promoting deals, and maintaining store appearance while following health and safety guidelines. This position is part-time and requires flexibility and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write English at an eighth‑grade level.
• Ability to validate identification before selling tobacco/alcohol as required.
• Lift up to 30 pounds and carry cases of milk, beverages, and groceries.
• Remain calm and respond to emergencies per policies and procedures.
• Exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products is possible.
• Work in varying temperatures (coolers, outdoors, store).
• Perform general housekeeping duties as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide the best customer experience to every customer.
• Greet customers with a friendly, sincere greeting.
• Promote specials and suggest additional purchases.
• Prepare a shift report at the end of the shift per guidelines.
• Operate store equipment safely and efficiently and follow safety procedures.
• Support the store in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
