Job summary

Magical Moments AB is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings under the supervision of a BCBA. You will collect data, record progress, and maintain a safe, empathetic environment for children and families.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of ABA practices
• At least 18+ years of age
• RBT certification required
• 6+ months ABA experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings, following the protocols outlined in the treatment plan created by BCBA
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress using Central Reach
• Maintain a safe, empathetic, and supportive environment for clients and families
• Work collaboratively and communicate professionally with other therapists, providers, BCBAs, caregivers, and other professionals for effective program implementation
• Take direction and feedback from supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA)
• Complete required training related to organization guidelines, compliance, state and federal regulations
• Accurately record appointments in practice management software daily and comply with billing and payroll policies
• Adhere to RBT ethics code and ensure all patient privacy policies, HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
• Communicate with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress and behavioral intervention findings
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on client progress and emerging needs
