Job summary

Completebody Development INC in Manhattan is seeking a Swimming Pool Lifeguard for a residential location. You will enforce pool rules, maintain safety, and provide emergency care until EMS arrives. The role requires CPR/First Aid certification and a Red Cross Lifeguard credential, along with a flexible schedule including mornings and evenings.

Responsibilities include reporting accurately, maintaining reports, and supporting pool operations with a professional, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Lifeguard surveillance and rescue techniques.
• Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergencies.
• Knowledge of CPR and emergency medical procedures.
• Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Enforce pool rules and policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Present professional appearance and customer service at all times.
• Participate in in-service training.
• Provide emergency care until EMS arrival.
• Prepare and maintain activity reports.
• Perform minor duties such as spot cleaning and floor maintenance.
• Assist Club Manager/Assistant Manager to maintain pool operation.
• Report on time and stay in uniform until shift ends.
• Carry out duties assigned by management.
