Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Florida. You will assist Physical Therapists in developing treatment plans and help patients regain movement and manage pain in home care settings.

Qualifications

• Experience in geriatrics, orthopedics, or hospital/home care settings preferred.
• Knowledge of anatomy and rehabilitation practices.
• Ability to educate patients and families on at-home exercises.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to Physical Therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans
• Work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain
• Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions
• Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and care routines
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
