Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test required; may need Driver’s Record check.
Be professional, articulate with good independent judgment.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Collect tickets, welcome and usher guests, and provide superior customer service.
Direct foot traffic and ensure cleanliness and maintenance of designated areas.
Assist in event day preparation and execution.
Verify entry, scan tickets or badges, and guide guests to seats or exits.
Provide friendly, clear directions and information to enhance guest experience.
