Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is looking for a Surge Merchandiser to ensure products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and available for purchase across assigned retail locations.

You will travel to stores within a region, collaborate with store teams, and use a mobile app to report results and manage tasks. The role requires a personal smartphone, valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Prior retail/merchandising experience preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Own a smartphone with an active data plan.
• Conversational English required for real-time customer and coworker communication.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel within a designated region.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in stores per guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to keep displays in prime condition.
• Visit stores and complete projects on time; report results via mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional displays.
• Provide professional customer service representing Anderson Merchandisers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product/display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple stores within a region as assigned.
