BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team, delivering private duty home health care to clients from infant to geriatric with compassion and reliability.

You’ll travel to a client’s home, follow doctors' orders, perform assessments, document observations, and coordinate care with families. We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and a $1,200 nurse referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with transcript or diploma.
• Current LPN license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Travel to a client home near you to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care.
• Follow up on doctors' orders and document actions taken.
• Perform assessments, monitor client conditions, and document observations and interventions.
