BAYADA Home Health Care's Upstate Skilled Office is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for homecare to join our Skilled Private Duty Nursing team. You will provide compassionate, reliable care to clients in their own homes, following physicians' orders and documenting care with precision.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes and provide one-to-one private duty nursing care as scheduled.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders accurately.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
