Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Massachusetts.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Current TB test or chest X-ray.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
- One year of nursing experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply).
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, recognizing changes in physical or emotional status.
- Collect, analyze, and document patient data to support care planning and coordination.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families to support safety, independence, and overall well-being.
