Job summary

Health Here is seeking an LPN to provide patient care under supervision or direction of a registered nurse. You will coordinate patient care, uphold patient rights, and ensure confidentiality in a dynamic hospital setting.

The role involves floating across Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, and Med-Surg units, with flexible day/night shifts and no mandated weekends or holidays. LPN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS as required, and Epic experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current LPN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year bedside LPN experience for Med Surg; two years for ED/ICU.
• Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, IV as required by department.
• Preferred Epic electronic health records experience.

Responsibilities

• Float between hospital departments including Behavioral Health, Emergency Department, ICU, and Medical-Surgical units.
• Provide flexible nursing care with day or night shifts and no mandated weekends/holidays.
• Assist in delivering safe, compassionate patient care while maintaining accountability.
