Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Janitorial Crew Member in Minnesota. The role offers a flexible schedule and an immediate starting pay of $15.0 per hour for a fast-paced environment.

Candidates will clean rooms, offices, and common areas, lift up to 49 pounds, and operate required cleaning equipment across shifts from early morning hours. Training on KBSPresence and safety procedures is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Walk and move around the facility frequently during shift.
• Stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating documents (English; Spanish where required).
• Use KBSPresence for attendance and shift timing; cell phone reimbursement provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, and common areas per schedule.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors; clean windows and fixtures.
• Dust fixtures and shelves; restrooms for customers and staff.
• Operate and sanitize cleaning equipment safely.
• Adhere to health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Complete logs and report to supervisor.
