Qualifications

• Knowledge of operation of floor cleaning machine.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and techniques.
• Basic knowledge of purpose and application of products and equipment used in cleaning operations of stripping and waxing floors.
• Basic knowledge of receiving and counting inventory with accuracy.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Ability to arrange items and/or actions in certain orders or patterns.

Responsibilities

• Dusts and removes visible soil from hallways, bedrooms, dining rooms, and dayrooms; daily cleaning and weekly carpet care.
• Sweeps, mops, and spot cleans office areas; daily trash pickup and basic dusting.
• Move furniture using hand trucks and carts; clean windows yearly or as needed; submit work orders for repairs.
