Compassus in Warren, MI is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager for a part-time role. You will provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered care, coordinate services with the care team, and educate families to support home-based hospice. Active Michigan RN license and CPR/BLS are required, with hospice experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of RN experience, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
