Job summary

Modani Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support for seniors and adults needing assistance with daily living. You will help with activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management, building trust with clients and families, and coordinating with nurses and therapists to ensure holistic care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
• Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, understanding their unique needs and preferences
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
