Job summary

Modani Care is hiring Home Health Aides to provide compassionate in-home care and support for seniors and adults needing assistance with daily living. You will work to maintain safety and independence in the home while coordinating with families and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry (all levels welcome).
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes, focusing on physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with medication management, including administering medication and monitoring side effects.
• Promote independence and safety with activities of daily living, mobility, feeding, and transfers.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Document care activities and progress in accordance with company policies and procedures.
