Job summary
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs/CHHAs) in New Jersey to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to clients in their homes under a nurse-directed plan of care. Training is available for qualified candidates, and interviews can be virtual or in-person.

Qualifications
- Experience in home health care preferred.
- Current CHHA/HHA credential in good standing with New Jersey Board of Nursing.
- Willingness to travel to clients' homes as assigned.
- Flexible scheduling availability and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care based on a written plan under RN supervision.
- Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, meal prep, and light housekeeping.
- Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
- Offer companionship and support to promote independence at home.
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisor.
