BrightStar Care of Seminole County is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for homecare in Florida. Full-time or part-time shifts are available on 12-hour schedules (8A-8P, 8P-8A).

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted LPN or RN license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum one (1) year of documented clinical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Care for individual based on personalized Plan of Care.
• Informs the Director of Nursing and appropriate personnel of changes in client conditions.
• Counsels client and family through care process and updates family regularly.
• Maintains clinical records in compliance with laws.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and stays informed about nursing and home health care trends.
