Job summary

Comfort Home Care in Worcester is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time morning shift. You will manage patient visits, coordinate care, and support families in the comfort of patients' homes.

You will evaluate conditions, create and adjust care plans, educate patients on medications and wound care, and document visits to ensure continuity of care. A Massachusetts RN license and at least one year of home health/psychiatric experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience (home health or psych preferred).
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Reliable transportation for patient visits.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient condition, needs, and well-being at each visit.
• Develop, modify, and implement personalized care plans.
• Educate and support patients and families on care at home.
