Thistle Health in Milwaukee, WI is hiring a Delivery Driver to join our Logistics team. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring timely, accurate delivery of plant-forward meals and snacks to customers, while upholding quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include loading, route execution via our app, and coordinating with dispatch to maintain efficient delivery windows. A valid license, reliable vehicle, and flexible schedule are required; compensation includes hourly pay with tips

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Proof of insurance that includes liability and bodily injury.
A reliable, clean, well-maintained vehicle.
A reliable smartphone and comfort with mobile routing apps.
Ability to follow safety instructions in English.
Flexible schedule including evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Arrive at the assigned Thistle location with a fully charged smartphone and sufficient fuel.
Verify that all items are accounted for before leaving for deliveries.
Use our delivery app to complete stops and follow customer instructions.
Collect return bags and ice packs and return them to your pickup location at the beginning of your next shift.
Communicate clearly and consistently with our dispatch team to keep routes moving
