Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to assist guests, manage flexible shifts, and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced store environment. You will schedule shifts via the myTime app, greet customers, and help with product questions while maintaining store standards and safety.

The role offers flexible hours, training, and opportunities to engage with guests across multiple store services. You will be expected to respond promptly to shift requests and stay engaged with store needs.

• Open to flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to educate guests about products and services.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physical retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience.
• Greet guests and assist with finding items.
• Help guests with returns and resolve issues following store policies.
• Scan, bag, and check out items efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock shelves.
