This role emphasizes flexible shifts, strong communication, and teamwork, with training provided to develop product knowledge and service standards. Availability across nights, weekends, and peak times is valued.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience.
• Greet guests and provide warm, helpful interactions.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Assist peers and support team efforts.
• Deliver service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area.
• Stock supplies during store hours.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards.
