Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a motivated Grocery Clerk to support multiple store departments, including Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen. You will stock shelves, assist customers, and help maintain clean, well-presented aisles while supporting delivery and rotation of products.

Applicants should be at least 16 years old, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, strong communication, and adherence to safety standards are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Be dependable and reliable with a flexible schedule

• Have good communication skills; take direction and work in a team
• Able to perform repetitious activities, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. and move boxes up to 34" tall for up to 25 hours
• Adhere to safety/OSHA/Weights and Measures regulations
• Be able to perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and assist customers across store departments.
• Receive deliveries and ensure delivery accuracy.
• Move products to the sales floor using equipment.
• Rotate merchandise to ensure freshest products.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store.
